Evan J. Himel, MAI, SRA
Evan has been a real estate appraiser for over 15 years. He is a certified general appraiser and has obtained the MAI and SRA designations from the Appraisal Institute. He has also obtained the R/W-AC certification from the International Right of Way Association. He is the company's president and head appraiser in charge of all assignments. He is also a qualified expert witness. He enjoys educating others about the valuation process and complex analysis.
Evan is from a small town in Terrebonne Parish called Schriever, Louisiana. He graduated from H.L. Bourgeois High School. He then went on to graduate from the University of Louisiana, Geaux Cajuns! Evan enjoys spending time with his two children, Bennett (9) and Evie (7), and his lovely wife Desiree. They love taking walks around their neighborhood with their black lab Sally.
